Al Lago di Garda appuntamento europeo

Schiacciate il Capodanno con il Garda Ping Festival! Un grande momento di incontro della gioventù europea sul Garda: amicizia, sport e divertimento per festeggiare alla grande il nuovo anno in una location magnifica, meta prediletta del turismo internazionale.
Dal 29 al 31 dicembre 2012, un torneo di tennistavolo (per ragazzi e ragazze dai 12 ai 24 anni) ed altri tornei collaterali per i partecipanti di ogni età.
Gran finale il 31 dicembre all’interno del Palameeting di Riva del Garda: alle ore 21.30, la finalissima del torneo che farà da preludio al veglione di fine anno con musica, divertimento, fuochi d’artificio.
Il Garda Trentino, una delle zone italiane con maggiore flusso turistico internazionale, guarda con crescente interesse al tennistavolo. Sarà probabilmente per la presenza di tanti visitatori stranieri, e tedeschi in particolare, che hanno familiarità con tavoli e palline: fatto sta che nella zona nord dello splendido Lago di Garda – quella che comprende Riva del Garda, Arco, Torbole e Nago – fervono le iniziative sportive, e anche il tennistavolo gioca un ruolo da protagonista.Il Garda Trentino è sempre stato un territorio ricco di eventi e spettacoli, alcuni sono entrati nella tradizione, altri hanno raggiunto un numero di edizioni ragguardevole. La forte economia turistica che caratterizza questo territorio ha alimentato l'organizzazione di progetti legati allo sport, realizzati allo scopo di accrescere la presenza turistica, di sostenere l'immagine della località sui mercati, di intrattenere gli ospiti presenti sul territorio. E ciò nell’arco dell’intero anno.
Non a caso la prima iniziativa importante destinata al tennistavolo è stata programmata per il periodo delle festività natalizie e di fine anno. GARDA PING FESTIVAL è molto più di un evento internazionale di tennistavolo. Esso nasce infatti con l’intento di diventare un grande momento di incontro della gioventù europea che possa ritrovarsi sul Garda Trentino per un appuntamento annuale coniugando amicizia, sport e divertimento, in coincidenza con i festeggiamenti del nuovo anno.
Naturalmente l’intento di GPF è quello di unire e non dividere. Per questo l’evento – con tutte le iniziative collaterali e le vantaggiose proposte di soggiorno – è allargato alle famiglie, agli amici ed a tutti coloro che vogliano godere l’atmosfera speciale di un’autentica festa all’insegna di uno degli sport più popolari per persone di ogni età.
Al torneo principale (riservato a ragazzi e ragazze dai 12 ai 24 anni) saranno abbinati dunque altri tornei che interesseranno diverse categorie e fasce d’età, dando comunque a tutti i partecipanti molteplici occasioni di stare insieme e condividere esperienze e piacevoli momenti in una location magnifica, meta prediletta del turismo internazionale.
L’evento culminerà nella notte del 31 dicembre quando all’interno del Palameeting di Riva del Garda avrà luogo, alle ore 21,30, la finalissima del torneo che farà da preludio al veglione di fine anno con musica, divertimento, fuochi d’artificio.
Il torneo, organizzato dall’ Associazione Garda Trentino Sport Promotion e dall’Ufficio Eventi di Garda Trentino, con il patrocinio e il supporto tecnico della FITET (Federazione Italiana Tennis Tavolo), si svolgerà dalle ore 14 del 29 dicembre alle ore 22,00 del 31 dicembre 2012. Per i partecipanti ed i loro congiunti e amici sono disponibili pacchetti di soggiorno estremamente vantaggiosi.
Insomma, vi chiederete: GARDA PING FESTIVAL è una competizione, una festa, una vacanza o cosa? La risposta è semplice: è tutto questo messo insieme, per un’esperienza nuova e indimenticabile, a costi limitati.

Garda Ping Festival: enjoy great New Year’s Eve with Table Tennis!
Garda Trentino, one of most attended locations by touristic income, looks at Table Tennis with growing interest. Due to the huge presence of foreigner visitors, (mostly from Germany, where this sport is very popular) table tennis has becoming a strategic discipline in the whole North Garda Lake area – including Riva del Garda, Arco, Torbole and Nago – used to host plenty of sport events and initiatives since long time.
Indeed, Garda Trentino gained a huge experience in event’s organization so far, with some of them strengthening a solid tradition and durable success. The strong impact tourism having on local economy surely played a key-role encouraging new projects where sport is pivotal to expand touristic income, to sustain the territory’s appeal on markets and let the guests enjoy more entertainment during the whole year.
Not by chance, the very first major table tennis event in Northern Garda area falling in between Christmas and New Year days. GARDA PING FESTIVAL (GPF) wants to be more than a pure international event, with the purpose of gathering European youngsters at Garda Trentino for an yearly date connecting friendship, sport and fun, in coincidence of the New Year’s Eve.
But GPF goal is to join together instead of splitting, to be achieved through many side initiatives and very cheap hotel fares, extending to families and groups of friends a joyful atmosphere favoured by one of most popular and ever-green sports.
Boys and girls between the ages of 12 and 24 year are allowed to participate at the main tournament, with further side competitions for different age ranges, giving everybody the opportunity to share nice moments in this magnificent scenery of one of most beloved destination by international tourists.
The event’s climax to happen during 31st December night, at Riva del Garda’s Palameeting, where the main tournament finals to take place at 9.30 pm. and the New Year’s Eve to follow till late night with music, fun and fireworks.
The tournament, organized by Associazione Garda Trentino Sport Promotion and the Garda Trentino Event Office, with FITET (Italian Table Tennis Federation) endorsement and technical support, will take place from December 29th (starting time 2:00 pm) till December 31st at noon. Participants and their relatives and friends would benefit of extremely favourable accommodation packages for their 3 o 5 overnights stay.
Afterwards, to make a long story short, what GARDA PING FESTIVAL looks like? A sport competition, an happening, a vacation, a party or what else? Easy to answer, it’s all together, for a new and unforgettable experience at low rates. Enjoy it!

Garda Ping Festival: ein unvergessliches Neujahr mit Tischtennis!
Das Garda Trentino, eines der italienischen Gebiete mit dem größten internationalen Touristenzufluss, blickt mit wachsendem Interesse auf den Tischtennissport. Wahrscheinlich wegen der vielen ausländischen Besucher, besonders der Deutschen, die mit diesem Sport sehr vertraut sind: im nördlichen Gebiet des wunderschönen Gardasees – dass Riva del Garda, Arco, Torbole und Nago einschließt – wimmelt es nur so von Sportinitiativen und auch das Tischtennis spielt dabei eine wichtige Rolle.
Das Garda Trentino war schon immer ein Gebiet mit zahlreichen Events, von denen einige zur Tradition wurden und andere eine ansehnliche Zahl von Veranstaltungen aufweisen können. Der starke Tourismus, der dieses Gebiet kennzeichnet, führte zur Organisation von an den Sport gebundenen Projekten, mit dem Ziel, die Zahl der Touristen zu erhöhen, das Image der Ortschaften auf dem Markt zu verbessern und die Gäste zu unterhalten. Und dies das ganze Jahr über.
Es war kein Zufall, dass die erste wichtige Initiative das Tischtennis betrifft und für die Zeit um Weihnachten und Neujahr programmiert wurde. Das GARDA PING FESTIVAL ist viel mehr als nur ein internationales Tischtennisevent. Es wurde mit der Absicht ins Leben gerufen, einen großen und bedeutenden Treffpunkt für die europäische Jugend zu schaffen, die sich somit jährlich am Gardasee treffen kann, um Freundschaft, Sport und Unterhaltung mit den Neujahrsfeierlichkeiten zu verbinden.
Natürlich ist Garda Ping Festival bestrebt, zu vereinen und nicht zu trennen. Daher bezieht dieses Event mit allen daran gebundenen Initiativen und vorteilhaften Vorschlägen für den Aufenthalt auch die Familien, Freunde und alle jene mit ein, die diese besondere festliche Atmosphäre im Zeichen einer der populärsten Sportarten für jedes Alter genießen möchten.
Neben dem Hauptturnier (für Jugendliche von 12 bis 24 Jahre) werden auch andere Turniere für verschiedene Kategorien und Altersstufen stattfinden, wobei in jedem Fall allen Teilnehmern zahlreiche Gelegenheiten für ein Zusammensein geboten werden, um Erfahrungen und angenehme Momente in einer herrlichen Location, dem bevorzugten Reiseziel des internationalen Tourismus, zu teilen.
Die Veranstaltung findet in der Nacht des 31. Dezember ihren Höhepunkt mit dem Endspiel des Turniers, das um 21:30 im Palameeting von Riva del Garda ausgetragen wird und das Präludium zum Sylvesteressen mit Musik, Unterhaltung und Feuerwerk darstellt.
Das vom Verband Garda Trentino Sport Promotion mit dem Sponsoring und der technischen Unterstützung des FITET (Italienischer Tischtennis-Verband) organisierte Turnier findet von 14 Uhr am 29. Dezember bis 22:30 am 31. Dezember 2012 statt. Den Teilnehmern und deren Familienangehörigen und Freunden werden besonders günstige “all inclusive” Pakete für den Aufenthalt angeboten.
